About Me

I grew up Downriver, graduated from both University of Michigan-Dearborn & Wayne State University, and have been a resident of the City of Detroit for several years. I’ve been in the real estate industry for over 6 years. I cover Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties regularly, and will take clients in Livingston or Monroe counties by request. I’m passionate about the restoration of Detroit and am grateful to play in role in it’s return to glory. I represent buyers, sellers & investors equally.

I have built my business on curating personal relationships with all my clients. I thrive on a solid referral business from past clients and their lenders, and I am fortunate enough to spend $0 on advertising. My focus on the person, rather than the transaction, keeps people coming back. Click here to view my Realtor.com profile with recommendations from past clients!

My Certifications

While minimal continuing education is required to maintain a Michigan real estate license, my dedication to knowledge has led me to pursue additional levels of real estate competence in three crucial areas. These designations have helped me to gain the skills needed to:

Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR)

  • Tend to the needs of buyers from first consultation to move-in date
  • Prepare and advise buyers to submit offers that will be accepted by the seller (especially crucial in a multiple offer situation)
  • Analyze market trends to determine and explain when in a “buyer’s or seller’s market”
  • Mediate the interactions between buyer & seller to negotiate the best deal for every buyer

Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA)

  • Determine fair market value for a given property
  • Analyze current data to select and adjust comparable homes (“comps”) that have recently sold in a given neighborhood
  • Effectively communicate with appraisers
  • Prepare a highly-informative Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) that explains the factors that determine how to accurately price real estate property
  • Universally beneficial–buyers want the best deal, and sellers want the most money for their home

Residential Construction Certified (RCC) & Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS)

  • Effectively communicate with builders & their representatives
  • Objectively present the pros & cons of new construction vs. pre-existing homes
  • Protect buyers throughout negotiation, contract review, and walk-throughs
  • Work with city building departments to ensure home is built to code
