Our first phone consultation will allow me to gather any necessary information to prepare a “CMA” or comprehensive market analysis.  At our listing appointment, the CMA will be explained in detail, along with any listing documentation & contracts. Once we agree on a strategy to get your home sold, I won’t stop until closing. What is often overlooked is the time spent as a listing agent behind-the-scenes to get your home sold. There is no way to know this information if you’re not told! As your listing agent, I will:

  • Use social media and MLS to effectively market your home, while also presenting to my large network of home-buyers for extra exposure
  • Advertise with tasteful pictures focusing on the best features that buyers are looking for
  • Hold open houses to attract buyers that wouldn’t have been captured otherwise
  • Professionally outline the highlights of your home in the comments section (no tacky phrases!)
  • Provide unique access to technology & apps to easily confirm showing appointments
  • Work collaboratively with buyer’s agents to encourage offers & ensure your needs are protected
  • Present pros & cons of each offer during multiple offer situations to select the offer that helps to achieve your goals
  • Ensure title companies, Realtors, lenders, inspectors & building departments are all on the same page once in process
